A 91 bedspace purpose-built student accommodation within a gap site to the rear of the old Odeon Cinema.

Its form is driven entirely to maximise density where historic built form set sufficient precedent to enable development close to the existing tenemental elevations using angled windows to maintain privacy.

Later acquisition of the adjacent shop unit enabled communal areas to be expanded providing generous high ceiling Resident’s Lounges, Gym, and Cinema facilities.
