56three were commissioned to maximise the development potential of a single house plot in Cammo, on the bank of the River Almond.
The original house was purchased with the desire to replace it with two new houses, however through a considered approach we were able to deliver a consent for four houses. Each house takes full advantage of the topography, where the appearance of a two storey elevation to the public facing street hides a four storey dwelling to the rear.
Bright open plan interiors are accessed from central stairs, with primary living accommodation located to the rear with panoramic views over the River and beyond.
