The 170 bedspace purpose-built student accommodation adopts a collegiate style approach to student living, with small numbers of bedrooms located around individual stair cores. This forms a series of lively social areas encouraging formation of communities and inspiring environments for students to live and learn.

Large windows maximise the amount of natural light in each room conducive to study and wellbeing with natural ventilation throughout.

Accommodation is modular in design based on a 20m² allocation per student. Generous flexible internal spaces accommodate double bed sleeping, ensuite pod style shower rooms, personal kitchen along with dining and lounge facilities to suit 6 – 8 people for either watching tv or socialising – the approximate occupancy of each floor.

The proposal provides high quality accommodation in a variety of unit types including studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Accompanying the accommodation ancillary facilities provide an interactive cinema, gym, seminar rooms and communal lounge areas.
