South Bridge is Hello Student’s first introduction to dedicated premium post-graduate student accommodation. The product designed and implements by 56three is a step towards co-living for the student accommodation operator.

This trial product has been implemented into a terrace of 4 Grade C listed tenement buildings offering fully serviced studios with satellite management enabling residents to live in a lightly managed environment.

The interior design solution offers a modern take on heritage styles taking reference from the existing building’s historic features and tall ceilings to deliver ‘best in class’ premium accommodation. Bespoke design and detailing provides choice and flexibility to residents along with high quality finishes throughout such as solid surfacing, Belfast sinks, bespoke ensuites offering tiled enclosures, vanity units and individual joinery items to suit each space.

The project was completed in 2022 achieving record rentals and sell out accommodation within 1 week of marketing.
