56three undertook the commission to completely refurbish this student accommodation building comprising of 127 bedrooms in a mix of studios and 2 bed apartments along with entrance and basement amenity spaces.
The building was used to trial the 56three redesigned brand standards as part of Hello Student’s UK wide asset refurbishment programme.
The interior design solutions offer a range of styles to suit Hello Student’s diverse portfolio of heritage and contemporary buildings.
The furniture has been carefully designed and manufactured to optimise space, function and materials ensuring both developer and resident benefit in terms of function, maintenance, and value, whilst maximising the look and feel to provide a home-from-home experience.
The basement located amenity offers a fresh, bright and more open solution to previously cellular accommodation providing private dining, resident lounge, gym and entertainment rooms.
