David is a diligent and all-round architect who is equally comfortable at front end design as he is on the delivery stages of a project. He offers a unique balance of capability of design and construction understanding and the importance of buildability within a design. He has a broad experience from high rise offices to smaller residential projects as well as running major projects throughout the construction process. He has led teams on numerous large scale developments, and has achieved planning consent for over 3000 student bed spaces.
