Euan joined 56three Architects in 2020 after graduating from the University of Strathclyde with a Masters in Advanced Architectural Design. Working previously for the practice as a Part 1, Euan has gained experience in a wide range of areas including residential and commercial, new build and restoration projects.

Completing his studies in Glasgow, Euan’s thesis project looked at reducing the embodied energy of construction, reusing Glasgow’s abandoned underground rail network to create zero-carbon materials. His project was awarded the Glasgow Institute of Architects Final Year Parchment and came second in the City of Glasgow Eimear Kelt Medal. The project was also selected as part of the RSA ‘New Contemporaries’ 2021 exhibition.

Qualifying as an Architect in 2022, Euan has excellent design and presentation skills, working as part of the 56three team to deliver information at all stages of the design process. He is always looking to learn more about the industry and is particularly interested in creating architecture which responds to its context and maximises the building’s potential for the client.
