He approaches architecture with enthusiasm and knowledge. Both his visual and personal communication skills enable him to work closely with clients, colleagues & consultants and he is an integral part of the team. He has most recently led the residential and student accommodation projects within the practice across the UK Richard has a good working knowledge of planning policy, technical standards and statutory regulations applying best practice principles. He has a passion for sustainable design at all levels, viewing the issue in a holistic manner from place making and community initiatives all the way through to passive and technological carbon reduction measures within individual buildings.
