A former MOT Garage, the site was purchased by our client for the construction of a new retail store as part of a new retail concept, promoting a combination of convenience retailing together with a hot food counter serving freshly cooked meals to the local community.
Regular and efficient retail plan which optimised structural spans, creating a bright and spacious interior. Aisle widths were increased to prove a more generous space for customers to enjoy, and large glazed openings extended beyond the corner entrance to link the interior space to the community.
